RECOMMENDED FEATURE: ADD COMMENTS TO FILES
Reduce email overload. No more attaching files to emails, assigning tasks via email, or having conversations in endlessly long email threads. When you add comments, your conversations live side-by-side with the files in your Dropbox.
Keep a history of feedback and conversations. Comments help create a complete history of your conversation about a document or file, and you can refer to that history at any time.
Save time. You can skip face-to-face reviews by tagging people right in the document.
HOW TO IN A NUTSHELL
- Open the preview of the file you want to comment on.
- Click the arrow icon to show the comment pane.
- Click the text box.
- Type your comment.
- Click Post.
In your comment, you can:
- @mention someone using the person icon.
- Comment on a specific area of a file with the square icon.
The Kanban board is divided into columns. With just a quick look on the board, you will get an excellent overview of your current work situation.
You can customize the columns to fit your preferred way of working.
By dividing your task into subtasks you can more easily track the progress made on it.
When a subtask is completed, simply check it off directly on the board.
Get an even better overview of your tasks by adding horizontal swimlanes to your Kanban board.
Split your board into teams, products, business areas or something else that will help you manage your tasks.
